Case Study

Client is a leading manufacturer of personal protection and personal sporting/recreational equipment

Challenge

  • Client needed to re-platform and redevelop their web presence to better reflect the client’s position as a brand category leader. Their approach to customer segmentation, content marketing and information organization had to be reengineered. Having selected Sitecore as the experience platform, the client needed to design a site that conformed to Sitecore’s modular approach and created the foundation for analytics and business rules for personalization with robust ecommerce feature.

Solution

  • LiquidHub worked with the Clients' US team to understand the motivations and needs for a newly segmented groups of audience types. We developed a content strategy to speak to each of the audience segments at specific phases of the customer journey. Working with the Client’s US and Internationals corporate marketing team, LiquidHub designed a category defining UX/UI approach in their digital channel. Based on the upfront planning and deep understanding of the content, audience and journey strategies, LiquidHub implemented site analytics and content rules to drive personalization and to create a content marketing machine.
  • Working with the US and global technical teams, LiquidHub analyzed the devops requirements for a US focused, content rich, high availability site. We created and helped implement the setup of a scalable hosting and content delivery environment leveraging the power of Amazon Web Services.

Results

  • LiquidHub built a best in class digital marketing platform to communicate with its growing US based customers along with the hard data to better understand and services its audience segments so that it can increase topline revenue while bringing down operational cost. Client will also have a solid CMS/DMS Sitecore implementation and be ready to take the next steps on the Experience Maturity roadmap to digitally transform the way they do business and service their customers
