LiquidHub led the Salesforce implementation for a large Asset Management firm that manages $160 billion in global investments. This firm had multiple teams using an antiquated, custom-built CRM system unable to adapt to changing business processes. There was also a heightened need for data security due to the nature of the industry and concern with moving to the cloud. LiquidHub implemented Sales Cloud for collaborative client and consultant management, including key processes such as event planning and request management as well as Ciphercloud to allow for encryption of sensitive data.
This private healthcare provider in the US needed to modernize multiple contact centers handling millions of patient calls per year. Of particular concern was the requirement of their nationwide referral management contact center to accurately process tens-of-thousands of daily patient referrals. LiquidHub provided unified agent service console, boosted patient engagement, and provided unified performance metrics. Using Salesforce Service Cloud and Force.com, a truly integrated and modernized referral management platform was designed and developed.
A major manufacturer was having difficulty capturing forecast data and missing their manufacturing runs. There was no common point of entry for sales for forecasts and sales opportunities and they needed to move the forecast collection from a "home grown" system. Liquidhub created Visualforce pages to easily enter and maintain forecast data for the sales team as well as added the ability to create custom objects in Salesforce to support forecast, history, and product capacity.
