LiquidHub Acquires Hestan Consulting; LiquidHub Expands Presence in the North East.

Wayne, PA: December 12, 2011 – LiquidHub, a leading management and technology consultancy, today announced that Paul Quirk and his team have joined LiquidHub in their Financial Services Business Unit and will be operating out of LiquidHub's new Manhattan office.

Mr. Quirk is an experienced global consulting executive who has both deep subject matter expertise and extensive delivery experience. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, most recently as the Managing Partner of Hestan Consulting Group, Paul has an extensive background supporting all functions of the front, middle and back-office operations of global financial services firms.

Prior to founding Hestan Consulting Group, Quirk was a Senior VP in charge of financial services for Technology Solutions Company (TSC) and American Management Systems (AMS). Quirk has also worked in investment banking firms including Bank of Boston, Manufacturers Hanover and Prudential Global Funding, and he spent 5 years with KPMG, LLP.

Mr. Quirk received his BA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
