The veterinarians and other technical staff were not able to attend face-to-face training and had no access to information. Additionally, they found it difficult to make useful materials available in a format that was easy to create, maintain, and manage.

We developed a tool which made use of existing presentations, published them to the web, and provided a simple interface to share additional materials.
