The client was also looking to enable seamless collaboration across Commercial and Personal lines to drive cross-selling.
Our solution aimed to provide the Commercial Line sales organization with improved management of current and prospective organizations, key contacts, and account history by standardizing the pipeline process and using Salesforce opportunities. The focus was on creating a simple one-way integration from the client’s customer database to Salesforce, giving organization-wide visibility into all clients implementing future two-way integration.
