The client needed to identify key drivers of attrition and ultimately address those issues to transform the workplace. The challenge was to gain the real employee sentiment and reasons for leaving, and put in place practices to proactively address the situation going forward.
LiquidHub built a robust data and analytics platform, implementing Qlik and Oracle with SLA tiered support. Multiple internal data sources, including employee headcount, demographic, and attrition data, were integrated and enriched with third party data from social media channels and Glassdoor. Risk propensity modelling and survival analysis was applied to this data over a period of time in order to accurately identify the core reasons for attrition.
LiquidHub also delivered analytics-as-a-service and run management for existing reports and models and migrated all reporting and BI from QlikView to Qlik Sense to upgrade to a modern BI engine.
LiquidHub identified key drivers of attrition and gained valuable intelligence on what employees are saying on the business in comparison to the competition. By deploying a risk propensity model the client is now able to proactively identify employees that are likely to leave, resulting in a reduction in attrition by 3% year on year.
