A major airline was using statistics from Department of Transport and PRISM to demonstrate the savings being made for their clients. They were facing a lot of challenges in creating custom PowerPoint decks. Significant manual effort was required, and there was no ability to change the calculation assumptions. The client didn’t have any interactivity, client self-service, or the capability to present more nuanced insights.
LiquidHub built a client-facing and custom-branded interactive app that allowed corporate customers to view their savings based on actual flight data. The client was able to adjust the calculation inputs interactively, specifying the average transaction charges, hotel & food expenses, and productivity losses. They could now effectively export the results in a print-friendly PDF or PowerPoint deck so that corporate travel managers could easily use the information in internal presentations.
