A leading Healthcare company required a mobile plan branded application for both Apple and Android stores. The goal of the application was to better engage members on their mobile devices.
LiquidHub designed, built, and implemented the member mobile app for the client. The app included features such as one touch dialing, PCP info, digital ID card, current medication list, and provider directory with maps and directions.
The application included the capability to target the specific needs of certain member populations. For example, the maternity app would notify a pregnant woman when it was time for certain tasks. The app also includes a text messaging feature with “Call to Action” text message reminders for care gaps that improved HEDIS measures and healthy behaviors.
