They wanted to develop a master database which would help with consolidation and integration of all the information.

LiquidHub helped to deploy a platform that aided to ingest, cleanse, validate, match, and merge patient demographic data. We enabled the creation of a unique record for each patient. LiquidHub also assisted with building a cross-reference link to the various source systems.
