LiquidHub performed a top down assessment of the current state to find inconsistencies and/or compatible SDLC processes. By tracking and categorizing the findings of our assessment, LiquidHub was able to provide detailed feedback on the greatest pain points and ares of weakness which required significant change. Through this analysis, our team created an executable top-of-house PMO roadmap, offering three different paths for relevant methodologies including waterfall and agile.
